Objective: Identify the sources of Conflict, prevent and manage conflict situations through Mediation, acquire tools for Active Listening and Non-Violent Communication and practice the Mediation steps.

Objective: Showcasing the Mediation spirit and process or emphasis on a specific topic related to Mediation, Negotiation or Conflict Resolution.

Professional Mediation Training

- Mastering the role of the Mediator.

- Mastering the tools and techniques of Communication.

- Mastering the tools of Negotiation.

- Solving Personal Problems or Misunderstandings.

- Creating a common ground for Discussion and Constructive Dialogue.

- Mastering the Non-Violent Communication.

- Getting a new Professional Profile.

You are all invited to attend the training from all backgrounds and fields.

(Business, Engineering, Medecine, Instructors, Coaching, Legal Backgrounds, etc…)

Minimum required: University Diploma.

- Is given by Professional Trainers and Experts in the field.

- Covers the Mediation from different perspectives. (Family, Workplace, Commercial, Civil, Political, Cultural, Social etc…)

- Focuses on the Communication and Negotiation Skills.

- The training is divided into 7 Seminars, each one from Wednesday till Friday from 16h to 20h in addition to Practical Projects.

- The training will be happening from November till May.

- All participants will be granted a Professional Certificate in Mediation cosigned by LAMAC, Sagesse University, Beirut Bar Association and AIA\ Belgium.

- This Certificate allows you to practice Mediation through LAMAC, locally or abroad.

Objectives

To activate the relations between mediators and judges

To link mediators to legal authorities by working towards implementing a mediation law so mediators can handle the cases that might be not contrary to the law, in order to reduce the accumulated and pending cases in courts.

As mentioned previously, the association cannot achieve its objectives without organizing seminars, conferences in schools and universities, issuing  brochures and publications every once in a while, exchanging experiences, setting studies and using the audiovisual materials and the internet.
