To link mediators to legal authorities by working towards implementing a mediation law so mediators can handle the cases that might be not contrary to the law, in order to reduce the accumulated and pending cases in courts.

To organize training sessions in order to fully prepare the mediator by having recourse to Lebanese and foreigners specialists in various fields.

To help all the litigant parties to resolve their disputes through mediation by having recourse to mediators specialized in all fields.

To activate the role of mediation between employers and workers and resolve all disputes through discussion and dialogues.

To encourage and activate the role of mediation in order to protect families from fragmentation and to resolve peacefully and amicably all kind of disputes related to family, inheritance, marriage and children custody, so that the litigant parties maintain the future relationships.

To activate the role of mediation for it radically maintains the disputes confidentiality.

To activate and encourage mediation, as it is the ideal way to resolve disputes without being restricted by the due process formalities that can delay and hinder the creation of solution. Therefore the mediation gives to both parties the rights that suit their requirements, without imposing a compulsory judgment that should be applied.

To activate the role of mediation in order to resolve civil, economic, commercial, familial, partisan, tribal, clan and other disputes, as an essential way to resolve conflicts.
